S-REFIT AG was founded in 1990 as a fund to promote Innovation and Technology. S-REFIT AG‘s regional investment principle arises from its shareholder structure. All 21 savings banks in the Lower Bavarian, Upper Palatine and Upper Franconian regions, as well as the savings banks in Southern Middle Franconia (Roth Schwabach-Weißenburg), Erlangen and Fürth, the tbg der kfw-Mittelstandsbank in Bonn and OTTI e. V. (The Eastern Bavarian Technology Transfer Institute, Regensburg) are shareholders of S-REFIT AG.
