Due to our high level of market and industry sector knowledge, we recognise corporate potential and are able to place companies’ further development on a secure basis. Our co-investors can also profit in large measure from our approach. S-REFIT AG is currently invested in companies from various industrial sectors. Approximately 70% of our investments are in technology and close to 30% in areas conventional to the well-known German Mittelstand, or mid-sized companies. The basis for our success lies in diversification among various industrial sectors. This makes S-REFIT AG rather impervious to negative economic conditions and is visible in the added value we achieve. We will continue to systematically pursue this strategy in the future.

We are not limited to investing in young companies. Rather, we also invest in classical German Mittelstand, or mid-sized companies. We leave discretionary action to the owner-managers, since as a matter of principle we make medium and long-term minority stake investments.
